1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and eeg33 ("eeg33", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the eeg33 online casino and sports betting platform available at eeg33.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the eeg33 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the eeg33 Platform. eeg33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following publication of an amended version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Player Requirements

To register and use the eeg33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. eeg33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 21 years of age or older throughout your use of the Platform. eeg33 applies strict age verification procedures at registration and at any point during the player's account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of any third party. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register accounts on the eeg33 Platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at registration and keep that information current throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by eeg33 or any responsible gaming body. Players who have previously self-excluded must not attempt to open a new eeg33 account during their exclusion period.
• You must not be an employee, director, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee of eeg33 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners. eeg33 staff and their associates are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money games on the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on the eeg33 Platform at any time. The following rules apply to account registration, management, and security for all eeg33 players.

• Each player may register only one eeg33 account. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password reset function on the login page. Opening a second account — for any reason — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances held across both accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. eeg33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify eeg33 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. Contact eeg33 support at [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat function available within the Platform.
• eeg33 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. KYC documents may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or equivalent government-issued document.
• Your eeg33 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Allowing another individual to use your eeg33 account constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• eeg33 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, at any time. Players who are unable to satisfy due diligence requirements may have their accounts suspended pending the outcome of the review.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the eeg33 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on your eeg33 account. eeg33 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.

• Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. eeg33 does not accept deposits made in foreign currencies; all funds deposited must originate from a Bangladeshi payment source held in BDT.
• Deposits are credited to your eeg33 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delay, please contact eeg33 support with your transaction reference number. eeg33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to fund the account. eeg33 applies this same-method policy to prevent money laundering and to comply with applicable anti-financial-crime standards. Withdrawal requests are processed within 10–30 minutes of verification confirmation during normal operating hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single-withdrawal limit stated for standard transactions; however, eeg33 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments over a reasonable period and to request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• eeg33 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request where the player has not completed KYC verification, where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or where a chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated.
• Funds deposited on the eeg33 Platform are held in a segregated client account and are not used for operational expenses. Your eeg33 balance represents a debt owed by eeg33 to you and is repayable in BDT to your registered payment method upon request, subject to these Terms.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are monitored for compliance with applicable financial regulations. eeg33 may be required by law to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Players whose transactions trigger compliance reviews may experience extended processing times.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

eeg33 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific bonus terms published at the time of the offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of conflict, specific bonus terms take precedence over these general conditions.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, all eeg33 bonus funds must be rolled over a minimum of 20 times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the bonus offer.
• eeg33 bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real-money funds are used for wagers first; bonus funds are used only after the real-money balance reaches zero. Bonus funds and real-money funds cannot be combined in a single wager.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts, shared devices, or shared payment methods will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• eeg33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. This includes retrospective adjustment of ongoing promotions where eeg33 reasonably believes abuse, misuse, or technical error has resulted in an unfair outcome.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied in full. Bonuses that remain unclaimed or with incomplete wagering requirements after the validity period expires will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Certain game types may contribute at reduced rates or not at all towards bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering; live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at lower rates as specified in individual bonus terms. Always check the applicable contribution rates before accepting a bonus.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the eeg33 Platform are governed by their individual game rules as published by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. eeg33 does not accept responsibility for losses arising from a player's unfamiliarity with applicable game rules.

• All slot and RNG table games on the eeg33 Platform use certified random number generators that have been independently tested for fairness. eeg33 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are generated by the game engine at the moment of play and cannot be altered retrospectively by eeg33 or any third party.
• Live casino games are operated by independent game providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi in regulated studio environments. The rules and outcomes of live dealer games are governed entirely by the game provider's own terms and monitored by independent observers. eeg33 is not responsible for any technical error or disruption occurring within the live studio environment.

• Sports betting markets are subject to the rules published by eeg33 for each sport and bet type. eeg33 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, where the odds were materially incorrect, or where the underlying event has been subject to confirmed match-fixing or corruption.
• eeg33 records all game activity, wager history, and account transactions. These records are the definitive record of activity on the Platform and will be relied upon in the event of any dispute. Players acknowledge that eeg33's server records take precedence over any client-side display or screenshot evidence in the event of a discrepancy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on the eeg33 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, permanent account closure, and referral to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where legally required.

• Fraud and financial crime: including but not limited to use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, money laundering, financing of illegal activity, and any attempt to deceive eeg33 or its payment processors through false or misleading information.
• Collusion and cheating: including sharing account access, coordinating with other players to exploit game mechanics, using external software tools or bots to automate play or gain an unfair advantage, and any form of manipulation of game outcomes through technical or social means.
• Exploitation of software errors: including deliberate and repeated exploitation of any bug, glitch, or error in the eeg33 Platform or any game to accumulate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal game operation. eeg33 reserves the right to void any winnings accumulated through software exploitation.
• Minor access: allowing or facilitating access to the eeg33 Platform by any person under the age of 21, whether through sharing account credentials, shared device usage, or any other means. The registered account holder bears full responsibility for ensuring that no person under 21 accesses the Platform through their account.
• Abusive conduct: directing threatening, harassing, or offensive communications towards eeg33 support staff or other players via any in-platform communication channel. eeg33 reserves the right to restrict or close accounts where abusive conduct is confirmed.

8. Responsible Gaming

eeg33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity. All players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Players who feel their gambling may be causing harm are strongly encouraged to use self-exclusion or to contact eeg33 support immediately.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits from their account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period to guard against impulsive decisions.
• Session reminders and loss limits: players may configure session time reminders and maximum net loss limits per session, day, or week. Once a loss limit is reached, access to real-money games is automatically paused for the remainder of the relevant period.
• Self-exclusion: players may self-exclude from the eeg33 Platform for periods of 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation. During the exclusion period, all real-money game access and marketing communications are suspended. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the eeg33 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and game content — is the property of eeg33 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of eeg33.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the eeg33 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of eeg33.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eeg33 excludes all liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the eeg33 Platform, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise. The following specific exclusions apply in all cases.

• eeg33 accepts no liability for any loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind, even if eeg33 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
• eeg33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• eeg33 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption or error. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and telecommunications disruptions may temporarily affect access to the Platform. eeg33 is not liable for any loss suffered during a period of Platform unavailability.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude eeg33's liability for death or personal injury caused by eeg33's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Termination and Suspension

eeg33 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time. Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting eeg33 support. The following terms govern account suspension and closure in all cases.

• eeg33 may suspend or close an account immediately and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; (b) fraudulent or illegal activity is detected or reasonably suspected; (c) a self-exclusion request has been received; (d) a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires it; or (e) the player's continued use of the Platform poses an unacceptable risk.
• Where an account is closed by eeg33 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at eeg33's discretion. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds in breach accounts will be forfeited without exception.
• Where a player requests voluntary account closure, any real-money balance in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements have been assessed. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no deposit, no wager) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. eeg33 will attempt to notify a dormant account holder by email before applying any dormant account administration fee. The dormant account fee, if applied, will not reduce the account balance below zero.

12. Amendments to These Terms

eeg33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on the eeg33 Platform with the revised effective date. eeg33 will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes via email to the registered address or via an in-platform notification where practicable.

Your continued use of the eeg33 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact eeg33 support to close your account and withdraw any available balance.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. eeg33 operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair-play practices and does not make claims regarding specific regulatory licensing.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through support, eeg33 will provide details of any applicable escalation procedure.
